My mission is to help you to feel stronger, fitter and healthier through specially designed classes and our supportive and motivating tribe.

 

Leaving big city living behind, I moved to Cheero Point 4 years ago and now call this amazing part of the world home!

Keeping fit has always been important to me but after the birth of my daughter I realised that I needed to find the time to maintain my fitness more than ever, for my body and mind.

I tried many different fitness programs - group sessions, gyms, apps, Youtube, you name it! It was hard to get into a rhythm or find the time and motivation to keep fit.

That’s why I created Brooklyn Fitness Tribe.

My tailor made sessions ensure every person pushes to their limits to become stronger, fitter and faster. Whatever your fitness goals are, I want you to achieve it. I always offer up a ‘modified’ move making the classes suitable to all levels, and accommodating to any injuries.

I’m here to help you, motivate you and to also have some fun in the process. More than anything though, The Tribe is what will bring you back each session.

And what is The Tribe? We are a bunch of friendly, welcoming locals that have a laugh and work hard.
